Happy Thursday! I am going a tad crazy today as I am swamped with work and catering holiday events. Today’s post is short and sweet, like me. 🙂
As you know, I am a big supporter of everything local and try to use local products as much as possible when cooking or preparing food for events. One of my favorite items to use this holiday season for creating everything from elegant appetizers to adding love to my morning toast is a jar of strawberry preserves from Parkesdale Farms in Plant City. This weekend I am whipping up some gorgeous toast points with goat cheese and strawberry preserves for an event. The possibilities with strawberry preserves are endless.
