Every time I drive by that familiar green building on Bay to Bay in South Tampa, my mouth begins to water for the indescribable and decadent taste of hand-made toffee from the Tampa icon, Toffee to Go. I still remember my first visit to their previous spot on Manhattan when I tasted samples of their: Milk Chocolate Almond Toffee, Dark Chocolate Pecan Toffee and White Chocolate Macadamia Nut Toffee. That was the day I fell in love with Toffee to Go and it still, to this day, is one of my top five favorite things in Tampa.
