Easter Brunch at Roy’s

Easter Brunch at Roy’s

Eat and Drink

Easter Sunday is one of my favorite brunch days of the year. Aside from the decadent Easter candy that always finds its way into my kitchen, I love splurging on brunch whether it is going out or celebrating the day with family at home. As a single mother of two, Easter Sunday is one day that I look forward to for pure relaxation. Many places offer a spectacular Easter Brunch and one place that has really caught my eye is Roy’s. They are offering a two-course brunch menu that is available all weekend starting at 10 am for just $35.95 per person. Now that is certainly in my budget and their menu already has my mouth watering. (This special is at all locations nationwide except for Pebble Beach and Hawaii)

If you don’t yet have plans or are debating if you should fight the crowds at the supermarket and cook at home, I have the perfect solution: Roy’s! I was at Publix yesterday and it was already a mad-house, much like Thanksgiving Eve. Take a break and celebrate the holiday with their two-course Easter Brunch that begins with complimentary House Made Sticky Buns followed by a choice of appetizer. (They had me at Sticky Buns) Guests can then enjoy their choice of entrée, including the irresistible Lobster & Shrimp Omelet with eggs, spinach, caramelized shallots and tomatoes, Roy’s Benedict made with either Filet Mignon or crab cakes served atop a cheddar bacon biscuit with shiso béarnaise, Macadamia Nut Pancakes with caramel bananas, and many more. If you are like me, you will love to toast the occasion by ordering a Mimosa, Blood Orange Screwdriver, or Hawaiian Martini. Young Guests can enjoy delicious selections from the children’s menu for just $12.95.

Roy’s has long been a favorite dining destination of mine and it all began many moons ago back home in California at their location on Pebble Beach. I used to love sitting at their bar and gazing at the stunning views of The Inn at Spanish Bay and my beloved Pacific Ocean. Upon moving to Tampa back in 2003, I was delighted when I saw that a Roy’s was located right in the heart of town. Every visit to Roy’s in Tampa is filled with superior service and incredible flavors.
