While most people go meatless on Mondays or aim to get back on track with healthy eating after a weekend of indulging, I do the opposite. Mondays, for me, are the start of a new week of culinary finds and the day in which I like to celebrate my love of burgers. There are so many drool-worthy masterpieces in Tampa Bay and I plan on sharing them with you every week, hency my new #MeatyMonday features.
Del Frisco’s Grille in the Westshore district has quickly become one of my favorite spots. A few weeks ago I had the pleasure of lunching with a few fellow bloggers (post to come later this week) and one item that really won me over was their Wagyu Patty Melt. Melted American, griddled onions, juicy Wagyu beef and Caraway Russian dressing snuggled between toasted bread, it made my heart melt like butter on a hot skillet. Thank God we were sharing or I would have shamelessly eaten the entire thing.
Served with your choice of frites, sweet potato frites or a small mixed green salad. I must say, the sweet potato frites were the perfect match. Savory and sweet, this dynamic duo will make you smile.
Located at 4138 W. Boy Scout Blvd in Tampa, Del Frisco’s is the perfect place to Meat Up and Drink Up. With a full bar, a menu loaded with upscale American classics and a fantastic happy hour menu, DF Grille is where you need to be. Cheers![?]
