I wanted to do something a little different with my weekly wing feature and after creating a fun recipe with Pretzel Crisps, I just had to share. If you are not familiar with Pretzel Crisps, you should be. These tasty little numbers are a staple in my house and the preferred snack of my bambinos. Better than regular pretzels, they are thin, crispy pretzel crackers that are packed with flavor and the recipe possibilities are endless. As you all know, I am obsessed with Buffalo wings and their Buffalo Wing flavor is one of my favorites. In addition, they have Original, Everything, Sesame, Garlic Parmesan, Chipotle Cheddar and Jalapeño Jack. I usually pick mine up at Publix since I shop there several times a week.
As I was sitting down one day snacking on Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps, an idea popped in my head for Buffalo Chicken Nachos made with Pretzel Crisps. Intrigued, I headed over to EATS! American Grill (they have the best blue cheese dressing in town) and brought a bag of Buffalo Wing Pretzel Crisps and had them make my recipe come to life. The final product was incredible and perfect for ladies that love the flavor of Buffalo Wings but hate the mess. Face it, there is no graceful way to eat a wing and this recipe gives you all the flavor without the orange stained fingers. Here is my recipe that you can make at home.
If you don’t have time to make this, head on over to EATS! American Grill and order a dish. You will fall in love! As a gift to my readers, I have a fun giveaway for a snack pack of assorted Pretzel Crisps and a $25 gift certificate to EATS! American Grill in South Tampa. You can enter below and winner will be picked at noon on July 31st.
